  In 1979 In March of 1979, Jiangqiao Town Second Rayon Spinning Factory was planned to be established.
In April of 1979, Jiangqiao Town Second Rayon Spinning Factory was founded formally. The factory site was located at Zhitang Lake of Jiangqiao Town，subordinate to Jiangqiao Brick and Tile Factory.
In 1979, Eighteen sets of Hangzhou Six-Two Type iron-wood looms were put into production.
  In 1981 In 1981, due to structural reform, broke away from Jiangqiao Brick and Tile Factory, and was under the direct leadership of Jiangqiao Town Office of Industry.
  In 1984 In 1984, 36sets of Six-Two Type iron-wood looms were added. And the factory was renamed as Shaoxing No. 4 Chemical Fiber Weaving Factory.
  In 1985 In 1985, Chen Huoqing was added as deputy factory manager.
  In 1986 In August of 1986, merged with Jiangqiao Agricultural Corporation Weaving Factory and the factory site was relocated to the former Agricultural Weaving Factory of Jiangqiao Town.
  In 1987 In 1987, 100sets of GA615 shuttle looms were added. Chen Huoqing served as financial manager.
  In 1988 In 1988, Chen Huoqing served as Supply and Marketing Manager.
  In 1989 In 1989, jointly managed with Sichuan Chengdu Terylene Factory, and Shaoxing Chuanjiang Chemical Fiber Weaving Factory was established. Chen Huoqing served as deputy factory manager.
  In 1990 In 1990, concluded joint venture contract with Pinghu Chemical Fiber Factory, and Shaoxing Pingshao Chemical Fiber Factory was established. Chen Huoqing assumed deputy factory manager.
  In 1991 On May 25, 1991, Jiangqiao Party Committee and Government appointed Chen Huoqing as Manger & Deputy secretary of Party Branch of No4 Chemical Fiber Weaving Factory.
  In 1992 concluded joint venture contract with China Textile University, and Experimental Weaving Factory of China Textile University established in Shaoxing. Chen Huoqing served as Factory Manager.
Sino-foreign joint venture Zhejiang Rongsheng Weaving Co., Ltd was established and its headquarters were relocated to Tangjia Bridge of Jiangqiao Town. Chen Huoqing served as Chairman of Board.
  In 1993 Zhejiang Rongsheng Technological Research Institute was founded.
Introduced 80sets of DELAT shuttleless air jet looms to put into production from Belgium firstly. Zhejiang Rongsheng Weaving Co., Ltd celebrated for opening a business.
Chen Huoqing assumed Secretary of Party Branch.
  In 1994 In 1994, Zhejiang Qingsheng Weaving Group was founded, Chen Huoqing assumed Chairman of Board.
  In 1995 Appointed as fixed manufacturing enterprise by Ministry of Public Security.
Zhejiang Qingsheng Group Light Textile Trading Center was established.
  In 1996 Appointed as fixed manufacturing enterprise by the Supreme People's Court.
No4 Chemical Fiber Weaving Factory carried on technological innovation, eliminated shuttle looms and introduced into 60sets of Japan-made water-jet looms. Factory buildings were carried on expansion construction.
Shaoxing County Qingsheng Textile Factory was established.
Shaoxing County Haitong Shuttleless Weaving Factory was established.
Shaoxing County Yipin Garment-Making Co., Ltd was established .
Hangzhou Haitong Light Textile Trading Co., Ltd was established.
  In 1997 Appointed as fixed manufacturing enterprise by the Supreme People's Procuratorate.The affiliated Shaoxing Qingsheng Weaving Factory of the Group newly introduced 30sets of Japan-made double-pumping water-jet looms to put into production.
The affiliate Rongsheng Company of the Group newly introduced 56sets of electric jet dobby air-jet looms to put into production.
Shaoxing Sanlian Jet Weaving Co., Ltd was established and 36sets of Japan-made electric dobby wide air jet looms were introduced.
The Group passed ISO9002 Quality System Certification.
  In 1998 The Group carried on shareholding system reform, and established the new board of directors. Chen Huoqing assumed Chairman of Board.
The Group Marketing Center is founded.
The state Star –Fire Plan project “Denatured chemical fiber series textile fabric” was accepted for conformity.
  1999年 The Group was authorized to use “Jungang” series textile fabric patent technology by The Quartermaster Research Institute of the General Logistic Department of CPLA.
Shaoxing County Party Committee reviewed and approved to establish Zhejiang Qingsheng Weaving Group Committee of CPC, Chen Huoqing assumed secretary of the Party committee.
Foreign Trade Department of the Group was established.
Zheda Qingsheng Turf Project Co., Ltd was established.
The Group Leading Group of Military Products was established and Chen Huoqing assumed group leader.
Rongsheng Company carried on technological innovation, and 21sets of electrical dobby broad rapier looms were added.
